Post-Independence Day 2021 “Well Wishes” and Update

Thinking of you during our July Fourth 2021 afterglow time, hoping your holiday was brimming with good cheer and relaxation.

Also thought to update you, with important-to-know financial tidbits that I recently shared with my clients.  They are as follows and all in my opinion:

  • Covid-19 Era:  We stepped-up our service hours and office air-sanitizing, etc., since the very beginning.  We are now vaccinated and are even more energized and eager to our clients and the public-at-large!
  • Elevated Investment-Market-Risk:  Excessive "global debt levels," along with signs of "elevated speculation" (fueled in-part, by "easy" monetary policies) appear to have moved asset prices notably higher.  Thoughtful allocations, given this current condition, remain prudent.   
  • Looking Forward While Being Prepared:  Consider holding a "buying-power" reserve and remain patient so that you can take advantage of opportunities as they present themselves.  I will proactively strive to keep you posted.  (See my 3-6-2021 notice published in "The Mining Journal".)
  • Continuity-of-Care:  I passionately enjoy serving my clients, am blessed with good health and have no current plans to retire.  However, should something serious enough happen to me, my clients would automatically be served by a local, fellow SagePoint Financial Inc., Year 2012-minted Certified Financial Planner©.  Sam has twenty years of investment industry experience and shares much of the same investment-service devotion and Rotary ethic as do I.
  • "Push" for Paperless:  Our Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) no longer requires "paper delivery" of select investment information; and most all investment firms are encouraging "electronic/digital" delivery of client information, instead of paper delivery for "environmental," "post-cost-reduction" and "client convenience" reasons.  My firm provides effective digital solutions that can be generally-tailored to meet your preferences.
